Description

http://ploscollections-demo.plos.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pbio.1000224 [] In the RHC menu: "Included in the following collections

PLoS Collections "

Instead of "PLoS Collections" this should be displaying "Genomics of Emerging Infectious Disease". "PLoS Collections" is the display name of the volume while "Genomics of Emerging Infectious Disease" is the display name of the issue.

This is one for Joe. Essentially I think the problem is that instead of displaying a list of collections, the variable ${article.collections} is displaying the volume "PLoS Collections" on the site ploscollections. It should display the issue, not the volume.

Also - xtra characters are appearing next to where it says "PLoS Collections" intermittently

Shows as: ">PLoS Collections Will attach screenshot.

For this article the document title is:

Molecular Genomic Approaches to Infectious Diseases in Resource-Limited Settings<xref ref-type="fn" rid="fn1"/>

The trailing XML is causing the href to break. Is that XML required for anything?

  • status changed from assigned to verify
  • owner changed from josowski to zmclaughlin
  • resolution set to fixed

extra xml will be removed by web production. Verified and issue has been addressed.
