Since the journal list is pulled from ambra.xml, is the order set within ambra.xml?

Unfortunately, the Journals are stored by Ambra as a Set and evidently the natural ordering of that Set is alphabetical on name. I tried changing the order in ambra.xml and had nothing at all change.

(From Scott) I think that to change this, we're going to have to create an "order" property for the Journal objects. This new property would probably be set in the journal.xml file for each Journal and can default to "null" since there's no guarantee that it will be provided (this can be seen as "plos specific
