IE6 article tabs jump down over authors on render.

Description

In IE6, when certain articles render, the article tabs seem to jump down over the author names (or maybe the article jumps up under them). It seems to happen when the article title rewraps from three lines to two on completion of some javascript function - perhaps the js that renders the article Jump to menu since when the menu is rendered, the article title rewraps. However, this might only be a unrelated coincidence.

This is manifesting on ONE, but probably impacts the other journals as well. For and example, browse to this article in IE6:  http://plosone-demo.plos.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0006016

This does not affect production. The font size of the article title in ONE has changed, so possibly a CSS issue?

Yes, I reduced the font size of titles to match those of the other journals - ONE had been an exception for some time.

I deleted ONE's version of init_global.js. I believe it's unecessary (we removed it from all the other journals a few sprints ago) and its resizing function, triggered after the page had loaded, caused IE to rewrap some article titles but it left the article tabs in their previous position, causing this bug.
