IE6 rendering bugs in article rhc

In IE6 the article rhc has several rendering bugs. Bugs include missing Related Content box (although the content of the box appears), and overlap of the Share box with the footer if the content of the primary column is shorter than the rhc, missing "Metrics" lable, etc.

Note that the while the header, info icons, and borders of the Related Content module doesn't render, highlighting the area with the mouse reveals that the test is there, but it's invisible.

Triggered the MS proprietary property hasLayout by giving the boxes in the article rhc the css property of zoom:1. This fixes all the IE6 rendering problems in the rhc.

(In [7822]) I added an empty clearing div to the bottom of all the article_related.ftl files and that seems to fix the problem of long rhc's overlapping the footer. Addresses #1378

Note that this bug only manifests if the rhc is particularly long, e.g. contains an additional link to a volume. Also, there seems to be a fuzzy middle ground where the rhc is just long enough to trigger the bug every now and then.
