browseNavSubject.ftl in One not rendering RSS icon correctly

Description

On PLoS ONE's Browse by Subj (browseNavSubject.ftl), the RSS icon that should appear above the results column next to the current category name now renders at the bottom of the column. The text for the radio buttons also appears differently from other journals.

This is regression from the live version.
