Editing rating from Metrics tab only updates rating in rhc

If you edit your article rating from the ui on the metrics tab, upon submitting the edited rating only the rating in the right-hand column is updated. The page has to be manually refreshed for the ratings under the Metrics tab to update. Until the page is refreshed, the rating displayed under the tab is out of sync with the rating in the rhc which is confusing.

(In [7808]) On the Article Metrics Tab, editing either rating will now refresh both ratings displays (i.e., on the RHC and in the main body of the page). Also checked to make sure that Joe's fix to the Related Content "More" link in the RHC works for all article tabs for all journals.
