Total article views link in RHC metrics block not accessing metrics tab

Description

The link for the total article views sends the user to  http://site_name/article/undefined#usage which returns a 404 Page Not Found. It should go to the Article Usage data in the Metrics tab.

([r62] in plos-templates) Made the Javascript-created "total views" link in the RHC point to the "usage" anchor on the Article Metrics Tab.
