Note cloud makes the note number invisible

Add a note to the body of an article. The note "cloud" which displays the number is rendering incorrectly. The number used to be white but now is the same color as the note "cloud" background.

Fixed the annotation "bug" link color with an !important declaration to prevent override by the generic link color declared in journal.css
