the article type blurbs are only partially working.

* biology is fine.

* medicine:

-- there's no info icon for 'the plos medicine debate'. this article type should have an info icon & a blurb. the blurb is present on the static article type descriptions page. eg,  http://plosmedicine-demo.plos.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pmed.1000023.

This was a config file typo in /etc/topaz/ambra.xml

I corrected the mistake in demo and branch. All looks good now.
