Ratings not showing in Annotation Feed

Ratings aren't showing up in the annotation feed page ( http://plosone-demo.plos.org/article/feed?type=Annotation) [^{] for PLoS ONE.}

I had already rated a paper earlier today which wasn't showing up so I tried rating another paper (10.1371/journal.pone.0002995) and my rating still didn't show up when running the feed. New comments, notes and replies do show up in the list.

Verified that ratings are displayed in the article annotation feed.

Ratings only show up in the article annotation feed if you're logged in to Ambra.

It appears that Trackbacks and Ratings only show if you are authenticated to CAS. This is not the desired use case. Anyone should see these if they go to the feed URL without logging into the system.
