Pop-ups showing in right hand column

Remove any pop-ups showing in the right hand column. Nothing may be annotated here.

Different popups appear on the right hand column features when highlighting text. Sometimes it's 'you cannot annotate this area', sometimes 'you cannont annotate an area spanning different sections'. None of these boxes (currently Download, Published in..., Rating and Share) are able to be annotated. Please remove any popups appearing when text in these boxes is highlighted.

(In [7633]) Changed the logic of the annotation context menu. Now when the selection end or the selection beginning is made is over a tag with the xPathLocation attributed set to "noDialog". No action will be taken.

Verified that selecting text in the article RHC doesn't display the annotation warning dialog.
