Description

When "reporting a concern" about a posted comment, I entered more than 64,000 characters into the "body" field of the form and didn't get an error message telling me it was too long; instead I got the usual "Thank you for taking the time to flag this posting; we review flagged postings on a regular basis" message.

Verified that the report a concern, reply to comment, rating and note body fields trap the character limit correctly.
