Ambra slows down when a peer starts

Description

Include testing peer bootstapping during performance tests. If this is still issue, provide the circumstances and supporting logs. Some un-answered questions:

  • What is the nature of 'degradation' of the servers? CPU, Memory, Swapping, Locks?
  • What do thread dumps indicate on the busy server?
  • What kind of network activity do you see?
