caches not invalidated correctly on article delete

Description

Web producer deleted and reingested an article on stage and production.

stage worked okay, production failed.

We had to manually evict the article's key in browsecache to get it to display correctly.

I have never been able to reproduce this on any machine. I suspect it either has something to do with changes Dragisa made to ArticleInfo? (fixed) or some type of inconsistency with the cached data.

I would not be surprised if we only see it on the production machine.
